Gift Voucher - Our Customer Service personnel will assist you in selecting creative packages, products and gifts. For your convenience, you may purchase the vouchers via telephone or email.
Spa Appointments - Advance reservation is recommended to secure your preferred date and time. A 24-hour notice is required to help us reschedule your appointment. Any cancellation less than 24 hours will incur a charge based on the duration reserved.
Check in - Please check in at least 15 minutes before scheduled appointment.
Valuables - Individual lockers are provided in each treatment room. We recommend though that no jewellery be worn at the spa. The management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the spa premises.
